Bruno

Bruno is a handful. Yes, he is smart. Yes, he loves to dig. He was very difficult to potty train. We had to put him with another dog "a Chocolate Lab" to teach him. He actually meows like the cats we have which is very strange.

Our little Maltese, Muffit is difficult on the potty stuff, too. She is good away from home when traveling, but at home, she uses a puppy pad most of the time, but we have three dogs so she has a bad habit of "marking" which drives us nuts! We have a German Shorthair much like you dog--same size, also a female. And we have a tiny Chihuahua named Hankie (also a female about 4 lbs.). They get along good, but Muffit thinks she is the alpha dog.

I have a chocolate lab as well, Onyx loves her sissy. Onyx also meows hen he yawns so dramatic.
