Dachshund Maltese - Tiberius

This is my baby boo, Tiberius! Dachshunds and Maltese dogs are rarely crossbred, so I’d never seen, or heard of a Mauxie, til I bought him from a pet store on an impulse buy. The best thing I’ve ever done that I didn’t think through lol!


He’s my joy, he really is. The first year was challenging with the potty training and all, but that’s any dog. He’s the perfect apartment dog, he barks when he should, and stays quiet while I work all day from home. He’s my baby, my son, my best friend. I will go crazy when he moves on from me…but I try to not think about that! He has a cat brother named Claudius and they love each other to bits and they wrestle all the time.
