Growing up I've had a couple of dogs but I can say that my Maltese Shitzu puppy Reggie is the best dog that I've ever had! (and I've only had him for 5 months) Very easy to train and does not shed! He get's along perfectly with my two 4-year old boys, other dogs and loves car rides!

We have only had our Maltese Shitzu puppy about 2 weeks. She is 10 wks old. She has really changed our household. She is so precious and a joy to our household. We have a potty patch (for we still have snow) and she is almost perfectly housebroken. I would say 9 out of 10 times she goes where she is suppose to. She loves her toys. She has a little toy box and goes in and pulls out 1 toy at a time, before you know it she has 10 -12 toys out and runs from one to another. The only thing she likes to do that we are trying to break, it playful biting, but we are still working on that. I would recommend a Maltese Shitzu puppy to anyone. I could not imagine not having her...

Khloe gave birth to 4 Maltese Shitzu mix puppies 3 weeks ago. 1 is white like her, 1 tan w/a white line on the forehead, 1 black/white looks like a cow and 1 chocolate brown w/black on tip ears, paws and tail.
Both Kole & Khloe have their own personality.

My Maltese Shitzu puppy is very playful, loves to cuddle, alerts me when anyone enters the house. Recognizes the different car sounds in the driveway, but stubborn and I've had a bit of a hard time housebreaking. At 5 mo. he is finally picking it up though!
Very smart, he sits on command and understands the difference between going OUT (back door to the yard) and going for a WALK (goes to the front door) lol He sits in front of any sink in the house to let me know he needs a drink! I love, love my Shihtese puppy! Wish I could have another to keep him company!

This is Gizmo my little Malshi baby or Shih Tzu Maltese puppy. He was born 1/5/08 which makes him just about 4 months old.
Gizmo enjoys to eat and play... although he has been tough to housebreak he is getting alot better. He is very overprotective of me and requires my constant attention (which I don't mind!)
For some reason he hates feet and any kind of footwear (shoes, socks, slippers, etc) he will attack your foot at any given time so please beware and never leave your toes unattended!

My early Christmas present arrived on December 18th - he is one of the cutest little Shih Tzu Maltese puppies. Only 6 weeks old and he is adjusting to his new home so well.
He is so playful, loves shoestrings and socks. He plays for about 20 minutes then just flops down with his back legs flat out behind him and falls asleep. When we're not holding him he is laying on our feet so he doesn't miss a move we make. So smart!
He is having some trouble with housebreaking, he'll go right over to the paper and then just when I think he has it mastered he'll go on the floor. I just love him, my only regret is not taking his brother too, haha!

Mocha is a 10 week old Maltese x Shihtzu puppy.
Although we've only had her for 2 weeks, she has already won our hearts. She loves spending time with each family member and is always loving and affectionate. When we go out she enjoys meeting new people and animals, wagging her tail with excitement. She loves to play with her rope bone (which is good for her teething) and favourite lion toy. She is very intelligent, she can already fetch, sit and we are teaching her how to shake hands.
We're training her to use the pee-pee pads with about 80% accuracy at the moment, If reminded she uses them every time.
She's very mischievous, she loves barking at the mop/vacuum cleaner and getting into everything including ripping the tinsel off the Christmas tree! We're looking forward to our journey with her as she grows up.
She is an amazing Maltese Shihtzu puppy with a beautiful personality and we couldn't imagine life without her.

Paisley's Mother was a Maltese and her father was a Shih tzu. She is 14 weeks old, paper trained and very bright.
She love my children and is very affectionate. She wants to be with us all the time.
She is very much a rough and tumble type (not prissy). She is teething alot at this point and is therefore nippy, but not aggressive.

Elvis is quite the out going little Maltese Shitzu puppy. He's only 6 weeks old and is already full of life. He loves to cuddle and sleep in bed with me and he already lets me know when he needs to potty. :) He is the cutest puppy I've ever seen and I got him from a neighbor for free and I didn't even know how expensive this Maltese mix breed was. He is perfect :)

Nuppy is a 4 month old Mal-Shi puppy. We love him very very much, because he brings us smile and happiness every single day. My mum brought Nuppy in the middle of the night, unexpectedly and that`s why she is my best mum ever. She didn't know that this is a designer breed dog, she just took him because she fell in love with him from the first time. Now, everybody loves him, my grandparents, friends and everybody else. Nuppy gives us so much sunshine in our home. That's really precious. Malshi is our first dog. From now on, we are Mal-shi fans.
Bye bye from Malshi girl Sarah.

Our Maltese Shihtzu puppy Little Guy has been one of the smartest dogs I have ever had, so far. He is learning command words after me saying them only 3 or 4 times. He is very active, but takes naps after each play time. He stays in his playpen sometimes, and does not mind being crated for short periods of times, so that I can get things done around the house.
I have had trouble letting him run around in the house on his own, because he wants to eat almost anything he finds on the floor, no matter what it is. I cannot wait for my Maltese Shihtzu to get a little older (he is currently 3.5 months old), so I can let him roam the house more.
Although he is a tiny little firecracker, he is fiercely independent and often acts as if he is a much older dog, following the lead of my 6 year old ShiPoo. We laugh at him almost constantly because of him trying to act like a "big dog." He is very stubborn and "comes back for more" no matter how much you play with him.

Dennis is a friendly but vey playful Maltese Shihtzu puppy. Who at times can be cheeky loving and really affectionate his best trait is his face because you can't help but smile. His worst trait taking pegs or clothing that is dropped and running around wanting you to chase him. What can I say I love my Malshi more than anything.

We waited to get a Maltese Shihtzu puppy until my kids were 9 & 12. My daughter, from the time she was a toddler always wanted to go to the puppy store and you couldn't say no. She fell in love with Bailey instantaneously! My wife too. Took my son and I one each of Bailey kisses and he went home with us. This guy is in the top 10 "people" in my life. He lives to give and receive love. He gets it I assure you! My son comes home from college, he runs to the dog! I highly recommend a Maltese Shihtzu mix.
