Black Maltipom Puppy - Sasha
by Tyna
(Bay Area, Ca)
Sasha @ 8 wks
Our black Maltipom puppy Sasha is now 8 weeks and she is still tiny. Her hair is soo soft and I love brushing it.
The kids enjoy Sasha because she likes to chase them around.
When people see Sasha they always ask if she's a dog. She's so small my daughter loves to hold her like a baby.

Maltipom Puppy - Lola
by Lara
(Memphis, USA)
Lola our gorgeous Maltipom
Lola is our beautiful 6 month old Maltipom puppy. She is lovable, smart and very loyal. She is in her second course of puppy training, after graduating from the basics. Lola's only bad habit is that as beautiful as Lola is, she loves to eat her sibling Labs poop. We have tried everything and if we don't get to it before she does, we have a bad breathe Maltipom on our hands. We did invest in "dog mints" and brush her teeth regularly but we are hoping that this nasty habit stops soon!! We would not trade Lola in and love her like crazy.
Lola can't decide if she wants to be a Maltese or Pomeranian as every day we wake up to a different looking Lola. Some days both her ears are down and she looks like a maltese and other days both ears are up and she's a Pom. However there are other days when one ear is up and one is down!!
Lola is such an important part of our family and is so excited when any of us walk in the door - The unconditional love we get from our Maltipom Lola is priceless.

Hello I'm Luna and I'm a 7 week old Maltipom puppy. I live Cumbria with Belle a Golden Retriver 3yrs, Rascal a King Charles 11yrs, and Blossom a ShihPoo 1yr. We all get on very well, I'm just finding just where I sit in the becking order, but being to big for my boots I know I'm the top dog (girls rule ok.) just getting the hang of going out in my garden for you know so mum and dad don't have much cleaning to do because im being very good. I like to pinch everybody's dinner, but mum and dad will not let that happen (spoil sports) any way talk soon.
Love Luna

Malti-pom Puppy - Jayz Clayton
by Larkisha Clayton
(Port Arthur, Texas USA)
My Malti-pom puppy Jayz is 7 years old I got him a close friend that mate dogs. He is a very loving dog and watch dog. Jayz personality to me is very strange but I like it he like to sleep all day and like to be carried everywhere he go and he will let you know when someone is at the door. My Maltese Pomeranian mix loves to sit in the kitchen and watch me and mother cook and he likes when the food fall on the floor so he can eat it. Jayz is a very special dog to me because I had him when he was very small and has just grown with the family which is why I love him.

Female Maltipom Puppy - Zoey
by Cassandra Bland
(Tucson, AZ)
About a year ago my wife told me that I could pick out a dog for a Valentines Day present. I went looking online immediatly as it was nearly midnight and all puppy stores would be closed. I found a Female Maltipom puppy and I was instantly in love with her. We soon adopted 'Zoey' into our home to join us and two cats, Bootz and Felmar.
Today Zoey is a little over a year old and happy as can be. She spends her days sleeping, barking along with the neighborhood dogs, chasing and playing with Bootz and Felmar and even having some time on her own. She has a box of toys in the living room that is never empty...that is once I've cleaned them all up off the floor. As I clean up Zoey's toys and put them in the box she watches, looking at each of them in the box as I set them down. In a matter of minutes her toys are back out, its a daily game we have...and one I wouldn't trade for the world.
My wife and I started naming Zoey's toys for some reason, so now she knows when we tell her to get a 'ball', or 'Ducky', or 'bunny'. She knows a lot....a lot more than any dog I have ever known. I don't recall ever actually training her...I just snapped my fingers one day when she was being bad...and now...one snap means stop, two means come here, three means lets go and if I have to snap my fingers more than four times she knows she's in bigggg trouble.
The snaps work to take her outside off the lease....sometimes. If there are no other dogs around the area, human traffic is minimal..Zoey is free to roam a small unfenced grass area. Before you say I'm cruel and horrible....she is no where near a road. She goes downstairs, always with me or my wife...she does her buisnes and races backup stairs. She'll be waiting at the door by the time you get back upstairs.
Zoey is incredible. She still can't manage to sit, but she knows to stop walking when I tell her to 'wait'. She has her days, shes rebelous but not often. She gets on Bootz's nerves...and is quickly reminded whose Queen of the Castle. Felmar holds his own, out weighing her by 11 pounds.
She is an amazing guard dog. She barks at a knock on the door or a key in the lock. We have a friend whose introduction to Zoey was a small shock, she was startled when he opened the door and entered suddenly....months later she still barks when the song that was his ringtone comes on the radio.
Our life with Zoey is amazing. I wouldn't trade my Maltipom for the world.

Pomeranian Maltese Puppy - Nala
by Alexandra
(San Francisco, CA, USA)
Nala
My Pomeranian Maltese puppy Nala enjoys her squeak toys and knows exactly when and how to get attention by using them! Nala is very smart and enjoys making her own rules around the house. She loves sitting on her dads head in the morning to wake him up, or bringing her favorite squeak toy out until he acknowledges her presence.
Nala's mom calls her her "shadow" because Nala's favorite thing to do is follow her around the house and investigate everything she does. Whenever anyone has food, Nala makes some of it hers with her awesome begging skills. Nala loves talking back to her mommy and daddy because she can bark louder than either of them can shout combined! Nala knows she is a very smart and beautiful puppy, and she uses many tricks to get the attention of her loved ones. Don't under estimate the power of 5 pounds !!
