My Maltese Miniature Schnauzer mix Napoleon is highly trained and very obedient, but mostly loving and playful. He only barks when he needs to sound the "big dog" alert, or when that cell phone is ringing with that custom ring that means "Mom's calling." Napoleon is shy when it comes to singing. But, a siren will usually be matched with his softly voiced, perfect-pitch howl. Napoleon impresses our guests with his ability to retrieve a named object or toy, no matter where it may be hiding. To our amazement, he somehow knows the difference between the same fuzzy balls of different colors as well - red, green, cyan, and yellow.

Our Maltese miniature Schnauzer mix Jake is a wonderful addition to our family. He is a loving, obedient and submissive dog. We purchased him from a private breeder. My sister has Jake's sister. Her name is Belle. She is also a very good dog.
No problem in training. He is very smart! He knows when my husband is coming in his car. He starts to whine and go in circles. He is very attached to my husband. A very loyal dog!!

King is a very playful and fun loving Schnauzer Maltese mix. He would guard you with his life, he does not like anyone getting to close to me or the people he knows, he tends to lung at you or bark but, if you are close to me and is getting close enough to talk or give me something he would come in the middle just to show you he is my baby. He loves to play and would snuggle up to you or just sit on the floor or on another chair and be very quiet, he is a very good watch dog, he would go towards the door if he hears a passerby and bark but he would listen to me if I command him not to.
These dogs really learn fast, he knows to sit, give me his paw and roll over when I tell him to for a treat. I have gotten more love from this dog than I can say I have gotten from any other two legged animal species, he is faithful, trustworthy, unconditional, lovable, playful protective and intelligent, he would never grab anything from you once you try to feed him, in fact he acts like his name like royalty, very dainty. He is the breed of dog any family should have because he is everything packaged in one. I love him so very much and hey he stays quiet for his bath, but hates a muzzle.
I cannot say enough about him he is my bundle of joy the son I never had. He was a gift to me by my daughter, and ever you were to invest in his breed they are worth every penny and then some.

I aquired my Maltese Schnauzer Luna from a friend, who kept her in a 8x8 pen the first year of her life. She truly enjoys her freedom and space in my large yard. She buries treats all around the yard, and frequently plays with pinecones. She gets along great with my German Shepherd wolf mix. It's quite amusing, watching her run circles around him. She is very fast. She gets jealous when I pet or play with the other dogs, and requires a lot of attention. She's very lovable, and doesn't ever stray far from my side.
My Maltese Miniature Schnauzer mix Bentley is highly trained and very obedient, but mostly loving and playful. He only barks when he needs to sound the "big dog" alert, or when that cell phone is ringing with that custom ring that means someones calling. Bentley is shy when it comes to singing, but a siren will usually be matched with his softly voiced, perfect-pitch howl. Bentley impresses our guests with his ability to retrieve a named object or toy, no matter where it may be hiding. To my amazement, he somehow knows the difference between the same fuzzy balls of different colors as well - red, green, cyan, and yellow.
He walks my urban setting with great pride, constantly gathering praise and smiles from those admiring him on the street. He's not a yapper, nor a constant beggar. At 10.5 pounds, my Miniature Schnauzer mix travels well in the car, on a boat, or inside the aircraft cabin. Bentley loves to snuggle too. I could go on and on...
I started socializing him early, approximately 10-12 weeks. That meant accepting the scary moments when the older dogs appeared to be attacking him. I brush his teeth and groom him every day.
Bentley is an adorable Mauzer. It's important to find first generation Mauzers. He is truly a 50/50 mix - will fixate on an object or goal (Schnauzer), plays hard, then relaxes. He doesn't shed and allergies are not apparent from him.

Our Maltese x Schnauzer dog Maxwell is six and a half years old. He was born and raised in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. He is a desert dog!He is the first dog I have ever owned and he makes every day a joy. Max is the love of my life apart from my husband and daughter! He has a quirky spirited personality, but has a very placid easy going behavior with other dogs. He never ceases to bring a smile to my face, I love him so much.
He loves to run in the desert sand dunes where we live. Every day after his long morning walk we come in and he is covered in sand, I just say "shower!" and he trots in to the shower room and waits for his daily shower down. He then stands waiting for his favorite bit the rub down!
After that he will have what we call Max's mad half hour. He runs round and round the swimming pool at full pelt, clearly loving every moment. Even after a huge walk he has boundless energy.
He is so so gentle, children can do anything to him and he just stands there and takes it all.
He is a good guard dog and barks loudly, but only when he hears a noise that is not usual. I was worried that the Maltese part may make him a bit yappy but nothing of the sort.
He is simply the best dog.
Our Maltese Schnauzer mix does not shed hair, part of the reason we went for this mixed breed and when it comes to a hair cut I do that myself. Im a hairdresser so figured if I could do people then dogs should be a breeze! He lets me do anything to him, seeming to sense that he only gets love and affection from us all.

Harley is the most lovable, caring dog anybody could ever want. Our Schnauzer Maltese loves to cuddle, and is very alert and smart, he gets along great with our other two dogs a Shi Poo and a German Shepard, and also gets along great with our cats. He was definitely a great addition to our family.
Oliver is sweet and loyal. A loving Maltese Miniature Schnauzer mix who gets along well with my 3 children. Oliver loves to bark at passersby. He was very easy to housebreak and he learned to sit for a treat almost immeadiately. Our Mauzer is not our pet, he is family.
