Chewbacca is a happy and loving Yorktese puppy! He is a healthy baby boy! We got him when he was 2 pounds, now he is 5 pounds and still growing. Chewbacca is a little over 4 months old and he lost his first tooth yesterday!

My 2 1/2 month (she is more a Yorkese than a Malkie) came from an accidental and gracious encounter of a Maltese mother and Yorkie father, both rather small.
She is a wonderful new addition to our family and a little Holy Terror(just like a human 2 year old would be) My other dog, a 5 year old pure Maltese (Sasha MontBlanc) considers Ginger a Bully and rightly so...Ginger pulls Sasha by her beard, long hair or whatever she can get a hold of and ties to drag her, obviously unaware of her size.
Actually though, they get along just fine and Sasha who has the manners and education of Royalty is helping along in the Potty/Weewee training of her adopted sister. By their looks, my neighbors call them Ebony and Ivory and are crazy about them.

Pepper is such an awesome Maltese Yorkie mix! She is 1 year and 7 months... I fell in love with her the day we met... she is fun and spunky and she is very attached to me
.
I will admit she has an attitude at times especially when she is sleeping and i have to move her!! but other than that she loves to play and show off her tricks. She has a toy frog that she loves and she deserves every treat she gets. i absolutely love her to death.
I always see all these adorable pups and as much as I want to get one I can't. I spoil Pep so much I would hate to take that away from her!!

My Maltese Yorkie mix dog is sweet and loving - a follower not a leader. Violet is like a live stuffed animal; the kind you can bend into any angle and is comparable to a ferret. At 8 months old she is extremely light weighing 5.5 pounds and stands 7 inches tall. She is whitish-cream colored with black ears and a black feathery tail and resembles a "Benji" dog. Violet has beautiful large round black eyes. Her hair is super soft and she always comes when you call her. I discovered her at our local shelter and paid $60 dollars for her. What a steal! Another thing about Violet is that she is not the brightest dog on the block. She acts like a dumb blond. We have had her for 3 months and she is still not housebroken. We have a hidden fence and our Morkie continues to cross the line and gets shocks all the time. She still hasn't figured it out even with 2 weeks of leash training. She gets along well with our other dogs. Everybody that sees her wants her. We are lucky to have her.

MayZie is 1½ and EATS EVERYTHING. She ate the butt out of my husband's jeans - pockets & all. She ate the entire leather top of a sandal. She has eaten several pairs of glasses.
She is our largest dog, about 13#s. She is also a very loving little girl. Our only Morkie. Her best friend is almost 2 yr old KieChi who is a Yorkie/Chihuahua mix and also our dog. (Our other 4 are purebread Yorkies & much older). KieChi & MayZie love to play and fight!
Speaking of fighting, MayZie has bit my hand & my husbands in the middle of a fight. But she isn't dominate. KieChi is the dominate one and MayZie felt very bad when she bit us.
We call her Mamie or MayMay. She has the coloring of a Yorkie but her face is a Maltese face.
We love our MayZie girl.

Tucker was a stray Yorkie Maltese mix found on the streets of Paterson and I adopted him from a dog shelter. He is estimated at being about 1 1/2 yrs. old and at his vet visit last week, he weighs 8lbs. He is so smart! He hasn't had any accidents since the day he came home. (a week ago) He follows the lead from my other rescue (Terrier Poodle?) that is 4 yrs. old and was adopted at 12weeks. Tucker fears nothing! He will go up to big dogs like he's just as big as they are. They only issue we had was that we had to out up netting along our railings (bi-level) because Tucker can fit through the railing and I don't want him to fall! :)

My Morkie is very intelligent and playful. He's a little puppy of 5 and a half months. His mom is a Maltese and his father a Yorkie.
Sophie is the best dog I have ever had. I don't actually use the word dog in my house. She is my child. My Maltese Yorkie loves everyone she meets and loves children so much it always makes me happy when she gets to meet them. Everywhere we go, Sophie brings a smile to someone's face. Her sweet nature and open personality helps to overlook the few, not so wonderful, mannerisms she does have. LOL Sophie barks freely and if ignored lets you know loudly and persistently that she finds it unacceptable.
My Morkie is very smart and by 3 months had me "potty trained." Sophie does not like to go potty outside if it is raining. She does do her "other" business outside but makes sure I am also outside with her. I think that she figures if she has to go outside to use the bathroom then I should be standing beside her. Sophie does NOT like to be alone and she is happy no matter wherever we are as long as we are together. She is pitiful when I say goodbye but just sleeps until I come home. She has never chewed up or destroyed anything. She greets me with unconditional love and if there is a treat for her she is always extremely excited. Sophie loves to get presents and knows that word. Christmas is such fun with her!
She is small and fragile and this not a breed for someone who is not able to put effort into making sure they are physically protected. She has steps to the bed and the couch and I make sure she does not jump down from anywhere. I am a firm believer that it so important for us to do what we can to protect the knees and backs of all dogs. Little dogs seem to be especially fragile. I could continue to go on and on but the bottom line is Sophie is a blessing, she is such a love and so willing to share that love with everyone. She is completely loyal and attached to me and makes me feel loved and comforted all the time.
I am having trouble uploading her pic but hopefully will be able o soon. I can tell you that as a baby she had the coloring of a Yorkie and had a lot of black and now is totally blonde/champagne color. Although many Morkies have the Maltese ears my girl got the upright ears of the Yorkie with the size of the Maltese. She receives lots of comments on these ears of hers. Thank you all for letting me share about my little girl! Those who have a Morkie know how special and wonderful they are! :)

She was given to us as a present. She weighs 5.5 lbs, and she's 1 year and 4 months.
She is the smartest dog ever. She knows a lot of stuff like beg, sit, lay down, roll over, fetch, dance, goes to her room when she's told, and a plethora of other things. If we are about to leave the house, she jumps into her carrier cause she knows we're going out. It takes us such little time to teach her new things.
She's the leader of the pack (we have two other dogs). She pretty much was the teacher for the other two dogs we have. They learned by following her.
One thing though, she is the pickiest eater ever. She does not eat red meat or even pork, only chicken. Even treats if we try giving her a bacon treat or anything made from beef she would refuse to eat it. Even with her regular dog food it has to be made from chicken or with chicken in the ingredients. It's weird, I know!
She's a wonderful dog we always get stopped by people asking questions about her because she's so adorable.
